Shipment

We use Fed Ex when shipping to international customers. The delivery time is from 2 - 6 days depending on which country you are ordering from. Note that Fedex orders are fully insured by Fedex. After the delivery is picked up by Fed Ex you will get a tracking number so you can see where your package is. Enter www.fedex.com to track your package.

Shipping Costs

These are the different freight costs:

USA, Canada – 165 SEK (approx. €17 / $23)

Sweden – 65 SEK

Denmark, Norway, Finland – 95 SEK (approx. €10)

Other EU countries – 125 SEK (approx. €13)

Rest of the world – 195 SEK (approx. €21)

Delivery and Payment

We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and so on. All payments are made in a highly secure environment for mutual protection against fraud.The delivery is from 1 - 10 ten days depending on which country you order from.

Membership

You don't need to be a member to place an order.

When you become a member you will get our newsletter with different news and offers. Just fill in our membership-form and you'll start receiving the newsletter!

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition, complete with labels, within 14 days of receipt. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. After 14 days store credit will be offered or an exchange. You can't return goods that are on sale.
