You can also call us on 004640-121940 during the stores opening hours. We ship all international orders with FedEx and all Swedish orders with Posten. An order being made before 16.00 will be sent the same day. Exceptional cases can appear and will in that case be informed via mail.

Ordering at Meadow is very easy. Just choose the product/products you would like to purchase and click buy. When you are done shopping simply go to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can make changes on your orders. If you are satisfied fill in your adress information and payment- and delivery method. Then you click "OK" and the orders have been done. After the order has been handled by us you will receive an order confirmation with the products you order along with your address information. If you would like to make changes on your order after receiving the confirmation please email us.

 We use Fed Ex when shipping to international customers. The delivery time is from 2 - 6 days depending on which country you are ordering from. Note that Fedex orders are fully insured by Fedex. After the delivery is picked up by Fed Ex you will get a tracking number so you can see where your package is. Enter www.fedex.com to track your package.

International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us , please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.

You can also choose "Pick-up" in the Malmö store. We will pack your goods and you can simply come to the store in Malmö and pick it up when you can. The order will be in the store for 2 weeks and after that we send it instead. Don't forget a photo-ID when you pick it up.

1. Credit card payment

We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and so on. All payments are made in a highly secure environment for mutual protection against fraud. The delivery time is from 1 - 10 ten  days depending on which country you order from.

2. Paypal

We accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and fast way to transfer money. You need an account on PayPal to do the transfer. When you have clicked "confirm" in the shopping cart you will automatically be linked to PayPal's website, where you do the money transfer. You will get a receipt as soon as the transfer is done. There are no extra fees when paying with PayPal.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition, complete with labels, within 14 days of receipt. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. The refund will be done within 30 days. If you would like a new product it is import you email us so we can put it aside.

I can't find the size chart on some articles, why?

We are currently working on having a size chart on all articles. Some are missing though but if you have any questions regarding products without size chart please email our customer service (info@meadowweb.com) and we will measure the product for you within 24 hours. 

Can you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. And remember, all orders over 800 SEK (apron 89€) we ship without any shipping costs! 

Can I have different delivery address and billing address on my order? 

Yes, you can! Just type in the different addresses in the shopping cart!

How long does it take for me to receive a product after I have ordered it?

We have different delivery times, depending on which country you order from. Most countries have a delivery time from 2 - 6 days. Remember that you can always track your package on www.fedex.com!

Do you restock any of your products?
