All domestic orders within Sweden are shipped with DHL Freight.

Delivery time is normally 1–2 business days.

The shipping cost for domestic orders is a flat rate of 80 SEK.

We offer free shipping on all Swedish orders over 3 000 SEK.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Most international destinations are shipped with FedEx, where you can choose between:

FedEx Priority – fast, premium delivery with the shortest transit time
FedEx Economy – a more affordable option with a slightly longer delivery time

For selected European destinations, we also offer DHL Freight as a reliable and cost-effective alternative.

Orders to Australia and New Zealand are shipped with FedEx Priority or UPS Express Saver, depending on your preference at checkout.

Import duties, taxes, and carrier administration fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs, delivery times, and any free shipping thresholds vary by destination and are always clearly displayed at checkout.

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping service. Estimated delivery times and exact shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR US CUSTOMERS

Due to the removal of the De Minimis exemption, all shipments inbound to the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier fees upon arrival, regardless of parcel value.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS & UNPAID IMPORT FEES

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

If a shipment is refused, or if the recipient fails to pay the required duties, taxes, or customs fees and the shipment is returned to us, Meadow reserves the right to deduct all costs incurred from the refund. This includes:

• Original shipping cost
• Return shipping charges
• Import duties and taxes
• Customs clearance fees
• Carrier administration or handling fees

The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded once the returned goods have been received and processed.

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you wish to return an item, email us at team@meadowweb.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

For international returns, we recommend going through us. We will issue a return shipping label (FedEx, DHL Freight or UPS depending on the original shipment) and handle the correct customs documentation to ensure the package is declared properly and arrives safely.

The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You may also arrange your own return shipping if you prefer. In that case, it is your responsibility to ensure the package is correctly declared as a returned item in the customs declaration so that no import duties, taxes, or carrier administration fees are charged to us.

If a return shipped independently results in charges to us due to incorrect customs documentation, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment or deduct any duties, taxes, shipping costs, and administration fees from the refund.

Returns can also be made in-store.

Once you have notified us of your return, you have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Processing of returns can take up to 7 working days once received.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
• Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
• Returns outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
• Please reuse the original shipping bag when sending your return. Our shipping bags are designed to be reused and provide the correct protection during transport.
• If the original bag is not available, please use a similar durable shipping bag.
• Please do not ship returns using product packaging (such as shoe boxes) as the outer package.
• Returns sent without prior contact may be refused.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us at team@meadowweb.com.

If the item is deemed faulty upon inspection, we will offer:

• A replacement (if available), or
• A full refund, including original and return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

• Refunds to debit/credit cards are processed within 1–2 business days after approval.
• PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on PayPal’s policies.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to failed delivery, any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or carrier administration fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for faulty items).
• International customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear or use.
• Styling returns or excessive return behavior may result in future orders being declined.
