We ship all international orders with FedEx and all Swedish orders with DHL Freight. Orders are shipped weekdays within 24 hours. Exceptional cases can appear and will in that case be informed via mail. However, during sale periods we get overloaded with orders and emails, so please be patience with us as we are doing everything as fast as we possibly can. Instead of being stressed because you haven't received your tracking number within our usual 24 hours, be happy that you copped something for a great price!
Ordering at Meadow is very easy. Just choose the product and size you would like to purchase and click buy. When you are done shopping simply go to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can make changes on your orders. If you are satisfied fill in your shipping information and payment- and delivery method. After the order has been handled by us you will receive an order confirmation with the products you order along with your address information. If you would like to make changes on your order after receiving the confirmation please email us.

You can also choose "Pick up in store". We will pack your goods and you can simply come to the store in Malmö and pick it up during opening hours. Don't forget a photo-ID when you pick it up. Orders that are not picked up within 7 days will automatically be cancelled and refunded.

You are within your rights to return an item within 14 days upon receiving it for full refund of the item. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and if you simply don't accept or pick up your delivery and it gets shipped back to us, we will deduct this return shipping cost from the refund. We do not have free return shipping because you changed your mind. You are absolutely not allowed to use the shoe box as postal package when returning shoes. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the item on receipt. The refund will be done within 30 days. If you would like a new product it is important you email us so we can put it aside and reserve it for you.
Note: Leather shoes with creases/wrinkles due to wearing will not be refunded.

We will help you with any questions you may havel. To claim a product please contact us at team@meadowweb.com. If possible we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return shipping costs.
Damaged or faulty products must be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving the product.
