Where do you ship from?
We ship from Malmö, Sweden.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide using either FedEx Economy or DHL Express, depending on how quick you want your stuff.
That's good and all that you use FedEx for international customer. But how about ordering within Sweden; who do you ship with then?
Within Sweden we use DHL Freight, which usually takes 1-2 days.
How long does it take for me to receive a product after I have ordered it?
We have different delivery times, depending on which country you order from. Most countries have a delivery time from 2-6 days. Remember that you can always track your package on www.fedex.com
How long after I order can I expect my package to be sent?
Within 24 hours during weekdays. If you order on Friday afternoon or the weekend the package will be dispatched on Monday.
Can I have different delivery address and billing address on my order?
Yes, you can. You'll find this option while checking out.
Do you restock any of your products?
Yes, we do restock some of our products. The easiest way to find out if we are going to restock the product you are looking for please email our customer service at team@meadowweb.com
How much will I pay in customs fees and duties when importing from outside the EU?
Sorry, we can't keep track of every nation and local state import law in the world, so you'll have to ask your local customs office those questions.
I want to return my order for whatever reason. What do I do?
Same here. There are so many different curriers out there and these curriers charge different depending on location, weight, size etc. The only recommendation we can offer is that you ship with a traceable service so that you can track your shipment back to us. You have a store in Malmö, Sweden, but what are the opening hours?
We just moved to a new location which we're building, so at the moment we're online only. We should open the new location late September/early October.
How long have you been around?
We opened up the 17th October 2008. It's been awhile now!
I just ordered something during the sale and you usually ship within 24 hours, but now it's been 36 hours. What's up with that?
During sale periods we get super overloaded with orders, and we're just a small company with a couple of people working here, so you might understand that sorting, packing, creating shipping labels etc for 100s of orders might take some extra days. Please be patient and happy that you actually got a great deal on the sale instead :)
