REFUND POLICY
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us at team@meadowweb.com before sending anything back.
We can provide a return shipping label (FedEx, DHL Freight or UPS depending on the original shipment) to ensure the package reaches us safely and without customs or import issues. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received and approved.
You may also arrange your own return shipping if you prefer. In that case, it is your responsibility to ensure the package is correctly declared as a returned item in the customs declaration so that no import duties, taxes, or carrier administration fees are charged to us.
If a return shipped independently results in charges to us due to incorrect customs documentation, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment or deduct any duties, taxes, shipping costs, and administration fees from the refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Shoeboxes must not be used as outer packaging when returning shoes — always place the shoebox inside another shipping bag or box.
• Please reuse the original shipping bag when returning your items whenever possible.
• If the original bag is not available, please use a similar durable shipping bag.
• Returns sent without prior contact may be refused.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• International customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to failed delivery, any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or carrier administration fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at team@meadowweb.comso we can reserve the new item for you.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow a few extra days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us at team@meadowweb.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Including a photo of the issue helps us speed up the process.
If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will either:
- Offer a replacement (if available), or
- Provide a full refund including any return shipping costs.
