The Spellbound 40-702C 5-Pocket Selvedge Wide Tapered Jeans are a relaxed yet refined take on vintage denim. Made from 12oz raw selvedge denim, the fabric is rope-dyed with pure indigo and woven on shuttle looms at reduced tension to bring out a textured, slubby character. Using primarily American cotton yarns, the result is denim that feels both authentic and full of life.
Design details remain true to heritage, with hidden rivets, cotton and core thread stitching, and construction inspired by vintage Levi’s. The silhouette is relaxed where it counts — a deep rise with room in the hips — then tapers cleanly towards the hem for a modern shape. Finished with Spellbound’s OW sun-drying process, the denim carries a soft, vintage-like touch from the very first wear.
