Lot 3104 Heavy Flannel Shirt "A Pattern" Green
A flannel shirt built the way it used to be. The Lot 3104 from Warehouse is woven on traditional power looms in Japan, allowing the fabric to retain the natural irregularity of slub yarn—something modern high-tension looms tend to smooth out.
Using uneven yarn similar to vintage flannels, the fabric develops a deeper texture with subtle variations throughout. The twill weave construction, combined with carefully controlled low tension, gives the shirt both structure and character. Once woven, the reverse side is brushed to add softness and volume, creating that familiar flannel feel without losing its underlying texture.
Designed with classic workwear proportions, it features a balanced fit and traditional detailing, including selvedge used in the gusset—just like vintage examples from the 1960s.
A piece that reflects not just the look, but the full process behind authentic flannel production.
