Terms & Conditions

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order. A full refund will be issued for returned item(s) once received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us so we can reserve the new item for you.

We’re always happy to help — if you have any questions, email us at team@meadowweb.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

All international orders are shipped with FedEx, and all domestic (Swedish) orders with DHL Freight. We ship Monday through Friday, typically within 24 hours of receiving your order. Occasionally, exceptions can occur, in which case we’ll notify you by email.

During sale periods, order and email volumes can be high — thank you for your patience! If your tracking hasn’t arrived within our usual window, there’s no need to worry — it just means you scored a great deal, and we’re working as fast as we can to get it to you.

Ordering from Meadow is easy:

  • Choose your item and size, click “Buy.”
  • Go to the shopping cart to review or edit your items.
  • Enter your shipping details, payment method, and delivery preference.
  • After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all order details.

Need to change something? Just email us as soon as possible.

Shipment

For international shipping we use Fedex Priority for that premium shipping experience and Fedex Economy if you don't mind waiting a little longer, the choice is yours!

International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us, please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.

You can also choose "Pick up in store". We will pack your goods and you can simply come to the store in Malmö and pick it up during opening hours. Don't forget a photo-ID when you pick it up. Orders that are not picked up within 7 days will automatically be cancelled and refunded.

Returns

You are entitled to return an item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item cost. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you do not accept or collect your delivery and it is returned to us, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • We do not offer free returns if you simply change your mind.
  • Shoeboxes must not be used as postal packaging. Items returned this way will not be accepted.
  • Leather shoes with visible signs of wear (e.g. creases/wrinkles) will not be refunded.

To make a return, please contact us first at team@meadowweb.com. We will send you a payment link for the return shipping cost. Once paid, we’ll provide a return label via DHL Freight for domestic returns and FedEx for international returns. This is the only return method we accept and the best way to ensure the package reaches us safely, without delays or customs issues.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 7 days.

If you would like to exchange your item, please email us in advance so we can reserve the replacement for you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at team@meadowweb.com within 24 hours of receiving it. Including photos of the issue will help speed up the process.

If the item is deemed faulty upon inspection, we will offer a replacement (if available). If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund including return shipping costs. We will notify you once your return has been received and processed.

Payments

  • Credit card payment
    We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex and so on. All payments are made in a highly secure environment for mutual protection against fraud.
  • Paypal
    We accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and fast way to transfer money. You need an account on PayPal to do the transfer. When you have clicked "confirm" in the shopping cart you will automatically be linked to PayPal's website, where you do the money transfer. You will get a receipt as soon as the transfer is done. There are no extra fees when paying with PayPal.
